Due
to the high level of email traffic
we receive, we have prepared a
list of answers to frequently
asked questions that come up the
most often. Please review this
list and see if your question
can be answered here. If you can't
find the information you're looking
for, visit the Contact
Us page and send your inquiry
to the appropriate department.
How Are The Cards Organized?
Credit cards are grouped by common
features (such as rewards, low
interest rates, etc.) and by common
issuing banks. If you can't find
the card you're looking for, contact
us or visit the issuer's site
for more information.
Which Credit Card Should
I Choose?
Everyone's financial situation
is unique, so the best way to
choose a credit card is to contact
a finance professional or review
your personal needs independently.
When Do I Get Notification
That I've Been Approved?
Every issuing bank is different.
Typically, you'll receive a phone
call within a few business days
and a letter shortly thereafter
explaining the decision rendered
by the issuing bank, along with
additional instructions if necessary.
Any questions regarding this decision
are best addressed to the bank
to which you submitted your application.
I've Received My Card
And I Have Questions...
Specific questions related to
a card you have already applied
for and/or received are best addressed
to the issuing bank. Look on the
reverse side of the card for a
toll-free number or visit the
issuing bank's website for more
instructions.
